MARINE ADMIN OFFICERto join the crewing operations team at Kelapa Gading Jakarta and serve our growing Indonesian Marine Manpower force for our local and global clients.

• Suitable experience in Marine Manpower Management
• Ability to manage admin tasks along with seastaff on-boarding tasks
• Be able to integrate with our existing team led by our Crew Manager
• Process driven and focussed person
• Organizational skills
• Responsible & enthusiastic
• Have a keen mind to learn & adapt to Company systems
• Deliver effective business enterprise
• Maintain set KPIs’ (Key Performance Indicators)
• Deliver business target goals
• Exhibit teambuilding skills
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MORE THAN 3 YEARS RUNNING EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF CREW MANAGEMENT FOR GLOBAL SHIP MANAGERS AND SHIP OPERATORS (NOT CREW SUPPLIERS).
