QHSE Superintendent
at PT. Wintermar Offshore Marine, Tbk. for Office
REQUIREMENTS :
a. Education Min. ANT I, minimum 2 years experience on board or 2 years experience in similar position.
b. Having knowledge about relevant QHSE Management System ( ISM / ISPS Code, OHSA, ISO 9000, ISO 14000).
c. Fluent in English both oral and written.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
a. Ensure that all aspects related to safety operation, condition and activity both shore based and activity both shore based and onboard the vessels are carried out accordingly.
b. Ensure the implementation of Risk Assessment Procedure is carried out accordingly.
c. Manage and maintain the implementation of Lesson Learnt Procedure accordingly.
d. Ensure the process for audit, verification and certification of management system and other related matter are carried out accordingly.
e. Together with assigned DPA to monitor the result of vessel’s Internal and External Audit to corrective actions taken.
f. Prepare safety performance report including the measurement of finding and audit review to be presented in the Management Review Meeting as basis for improvement of applied QHSE Management System.
g. Ensure and Monitor Process of Accident Report is carried out accordingly.
